General Questions
What brands are included in this store?
This store runs under Felisha Enterprise LLC and includes:
- Rippin’ Shitters (RS) – CH-53, aircrew, aviation, and military culture gear
- RotorHead Designs (RHD) – CH-53-themed artwork, patches, and collectibles
- THICC-BOI CLUB (TBC) – gym, lifestyle, and body-positive apparel
All orders, fulfillment, and customer service run through one centralized hub focused on Heavy Lift.
Are your products official military merch?
No. Everything is independently designed and created by veterans from the community.
No official DoD endorsement. Just accurate culture, humor, and pride.
How are products made?
We use a mix of:
- Print-on-demand (POD) items (shirts, hoodies, mugs, some stickers)
- Manually fulfilled items (patches, flags, keychains, notebooks, custom prints)
POD items ship automatically from our production partners.
Manual items ship directly from our U.S. fulfillment partner.
SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
Where do you ship from?
Depending on the product type:
- POD items: Ship from the nearest Printful facility to your address.
- Manual items: Ship from our U.S. fulfillment partner (California).
You may receive multiple packages if your order includes both POD and manual items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide except where carrier restrictions apply.
If the website doesn’t allow you to place an order from your location, please contact us with what you’d like to order, and we’ll make it work for you.
Notes for international customers:
- Your country may charge customs fees or VAT on arrival.
- If an item must be manually fulfilled (instead of POD), we will first ship it to our U.S. fulfillment center and then reroute it internationally.
- This may increase shipping costs, but we will always look for custom discounts or alternatives to keep costs as low as possible.
We genuinely want you to enjoy our gear no matter where you are in the world, and we’ll do everything we can to make international orders smooth and affordable.
Do you offer size exchanges?
Because all apparel is printed to order, we cannot exchange for wrong sizes.
Please check the size chart before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we will replace it.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Send us:
- A photo of the damage
- The order number
Within 10 days of receiving the items and we will replace it ASAP.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can only be canceled before production begins, usually within the first 1–3 hours of purchase.
Once it’s in production, we can’t cancel it.
CUSTOMS, VAT & TAXES
Do you cover customs/VAT fees for international orders?
No.
Your country may charge:
- VAT
- Customs duty
- Import tax
These are the buyer’s responsibility. hub focused on Heavy Lift.
Why was I charged VAT on checkout?
Some countries (like the EU and UK) require VAT to be collected at purchase.
Shopify handles this automatically.
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC QUESTIONS
Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, all mugs (11oz/15oz/20oz) are microwave & dishwasher safe.
What material are your shirts and hoodies?
Most apparel is printed on:
- Bella+Canvas
- Gildan
- Cotton Heritage
- Independent Trading Co. (hoodies)
Soft, durable, and true-to-size.
Do you do custom orders?
For bulk, units, squadrons, gyms, or groups, yes. We actually really enjoy the idea of collaborating with these groups or independent purchasers
Email us with your idea and we’ll set it up.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, digital gift cards are available on the store.

Who runs this store?
A small group of Marine veterans who were a part of HMH-462,465, and 461 Flightline, AirFrames, CrewChiefs, and Quality Assurance and the general 53 community.
Everything we make comes from real experience, not corporate guesswork.
